By accessing or using the website at ceresasphaltpaving.com (the "Site") or by engaging Ceres Asphalt Paving for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who contacts us through the Site.
Ceres Asphalt Paving is an asphalt paving contractor based in Ceres, CA. We provide asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, resurfacing, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Ceres and surrounding areas. The content on this Site is for informational purposes. It is not a substitute for a written contract or on-site estimate.
Any estimate provided through this Site, by phone, or by email is not a final binding quote unless confirmed in a signed written agreement. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, and project scope. Final pricing is determined after an on-site assessment. Submitting a contact form or requesting an estimate does not create a contract or obligate either party to proceed.
We will work with you to schedule your project at a mutually convenient time. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible if a scheduled date needs to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation terms for contracted jobs will be specified in your written agreement.
Payment terms are set out in the written contract for each project. A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is typically due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of contract. Accounts that become past due may be subject to collection proceedings and applicable fees under California law.
Any workmanship warranty we offer will be stated explicitly in your written contract. The scope and duration of any warranty varies by project type and will be described in writing before work begins. We do not make warranties beyond what is expressly stated in your contract. We make no warranty regarding the suitability of work for any purpose other than what is described in the contract scope. All materials and workmanship are subject to the limitations described in your agreement.
The content and information on this Site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Ceres Asphalt Paving will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to services we provide will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.
